just a few thoughts one month ‘post-fitness model comp’….
>> eating clean results in a flat(er) stomach
>> when you eat more sweets your crave more sweets
>> time off a ‘diet’ has been wonderful and frightening at the same time. Moderation is always key.
>> exercise for the sake of feeling good is so much better than exercise because your ‘program’ tells you to.
>> I still look at those photos and can’t believe that was me up on that stage
>> man I need to stay tanned (in a safe way)
>> I’m going to enjoy taking a break from crossfit and trying some time at the gym for some programmed weight training
>> I’m loving cooking for fun again, baking and enjoying trying new recipes
>> loving RPM class and I’ve only done 1 class!
>> I’m reflecting on this show past and thinking about ways I can improve for next time!
