We’ve heard it before, but ain’t that the truth! Consistency is so important in life. In your job, your relationships, and definitely in your workouts! Instead of smashing one excellent day at the gym and then taking a whole week to work up the courage to go again, why not move your body a little each day? With this in mind, I’ve created the #5MinuteSeries !
A bunch of workouts that are literally just 5 minutes long so you can simply move every day. Repeat if you have a sudden burst of motivation, or that elusive chunk of free time – OR just start forming good habits with a little bit of movement done consistently.

This is a hard core one for those who need a little extra challenge. If your core isn’t quite there yet, you can find a more standard one here to get a little stronger first. Technique is always number one, so if you find yourself struggling, simply pull back so you can perform it all amazingly!
- rotating plank 20 secs each: front, left side, right side
- repeat in extended plank (hands on the floor instead of elbows)
- plank jacks x10
- side plank crunches x10/side
- v-snaps x10
- jackknives x10
- leg extensions x5/side
- Russian twist x10/side
- straight leg sit ups x5
- L-sit swing to bridge x10*
- hip lifts x10*
