How do you measure success?
Success and goals are a part of life. We all aim to achieve goals, after all, there is success or a reward at the end of it, no?
Daily goal setting is an integral part of any successful routine because it allows us to weigh and analyze just where we stand on a day-to-day basis. Since it’s easy to lose sight of our long-term goals, especially when dealing with the millions of distractions in our lives, daily goal setting allows us to stay on track and on point.
Why should you set a monthly goal?
By setting sharp, clearly defined goals, you can measure and take pride in the achievement of those goals, and you’ll see forward progress in what might previously have seemed a long pointless grind. December is an extra hard month to stay on top of your health and fitness, with all the Christmas parties, catch up’s with friends, drinks, nights out and more.
Set the tone – Set a goal for December 2015
But that doesn’t mean you can let everything slide! Join me with my free monthly goal tracker to stay on top of your health and fitness goals this December.
December for you might mean:
- Drink 2L of water each day
- Eat 5 serves of vegetables
- Walk 2km everyday
- Get 10,000 steps in everyday
- Say no to sugar
- Ditch the chocolate
- Do a workout everyday
Your goal for the month doesn’t have to be huge, or stressful. Just pick a meaningful goal that you think you can achieve for the month! Mine, aside from Christmas Day (of course) is to stay clear of sweets/lollies and chocolate. Too many times do I raid the work chocolate box at 3pm. No longer!
Don’t forget to print and pin your tracker on your bulletin board, or fridge. Post it up somewhere you will see if everyday!
