This post is (a lot) later than when I aimed to post it up… but it’s here!
Thanks to the Australian Open festival, I got to sign up to a free HIIT class with the team from Progression Fitness. During the Australian Open, members of the public had the opportunity to take part in a range of free health and fitness activities including circuit classes, yoga, brazilian booty workouts and more!
I kicked off my Australia Day with a bike ride into the city to Birrgarung Marr, and a Hiit workout from Progression Fitness. Scott & Alex Pendlebury and their team put together a great little circuit workout made up of push ups, squats, burpees, plank hold’s, boxing and more.
It was so much fun and I had a blast! Thanks guys! I’ll leave you with a few pics of the workout:
